1. Design the survey
Ask the AI assistant for a complete draft or begin with a template. Review wording, question types, multiple-answer decisions, language and presentation. Use Full preview before activation.
2. Activate before downloading
Activation locks the definition you tested and establishes the public identity used for online submissions. Choose Database, Email or both according to whether retained results and exports are needed.
3. Download one portable file
Download standalone HTML produces one file with the survey presentation and runtime. It can be opened locally, placed on ordinary web hosting, attached where HTML files are accepted or archived with the project.
Keep the generated file unchanged. To revise content, return to the editor, create a new version, test and download again.
4. Understand offline and online behavior
- The interface and saved answers work in the browser without a network connection.
- Online submission requires the configured receiver and an active survey.
- Availability dates can only use the device clock while offline.
- Standalone access protection is a convenience barrier and can be bypassed by editing the file.
5. Keep control and backups
Respondents do not need an account. Management credentials and the private email address are not embedded in the public file. Keep a separate Download JSON backup if you want a portable editable source; the standalone HTML is the respondent version, not the editing backup.
