1. Start with a useful description
Open the AI assistant and state the subject, intended respondents, desired language and what you want to learn. A short but specific description is usually enough.
Create a short French visitor survey about arrival, facilities used, staff helpfulness and one optional suggestion.You may also provide one public webpage as reference. The assistant uses the visible text as context and asks for a description if the page cannot be read.
2. Let the assistant choose intelligently
The assistant selects choices, scales, input fields or checkboxes according to the meaning of each question. It uses multiple answers only when several options can genuinely apply at once.
- Activities attended or features used can allow several answers.
- Overall satisfaction, age ranges and yes/no decisions normally allow one answer.
- A checkbox is reserved for one explicit confirmation, not a list of options.
3. Review before anything changes
The proposal shows its language, layout, introduction and question list. Nothing changes until you explicitly apply it. After applying, the result remains a normal editable draft and one Undo can reverse the operation.
Use the live preview while refining the content and Full preview before activation. AI accelerates the work; you remain responsible for accuracy, tone, privacy and the final respondent experience.
4. Improve or translate the current survey
Use Edit current for focused changes, simplification, new questions, design adjustments or a complete translation. Translation covers every respondent-facing field rather than changing only the language setting.
An active, paused or closed survey remains locked. Editing it creates a separate local version automatically, so existing respondents continue to see the published definition.
5. Ask for help with sharing and embedding
The assistant can explain the application’s sharing and website-embedding workflow without modifying the survey. For exact code, first activate and host the survey, then use Public survey settings → Share; the application generates the verified URL and snippets.

6. Protect privacy and quality
- Do not include confidential information or respondent data in prompts.
- Read every question and verify neutral wording.
- Check required and optional questions, multiple answers and mobile presentation.
- Publish only after Validation is clear and Full preview has been tested.
